Data collected
When booking a table through our partner OpenTable, the following data may be collected: first name, last name, email address, phone number, reservation date and time, number of guests. This data is processed by OpenTable International Inc. under its own privacy policy.
When you send a private event request through the website form, we receive by email the information you enter (contact details, type of event, date, number of guests, message), sent via the Web3Forms service.
Purpose of processing
Reservation data is used exclusively for managing bookings and communications related to your visit (confirmation, reminder, cancellation). Private event requests are only used to reply to you and organise your event. Analytics cookies are used to measure site traffic; advertising cookies, placed only with your consent, are used to measure the performance of our ads.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure traffic and the booking journey, and the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads, for all visitors. With your consent, collected through the banner shown on your first visit, we also use Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure the performance of our Google ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Without your consent, no Google Ads advertising cookies are placed. You can object to audience measurement and the Meta pixel by writing to us or by blocking these cookies in your browser. Your choice is stored for 6 months in your browser and you can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link in the page footer. Analytics and advertising cookies are kept for 13 months at most. The OpenTable booking widget may place its own cookies — please consult OpenTable's privacy policy for more information.

Retention period
Reservation-related data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from your last visit, in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
